Check in Procedure:
As you may receive benefits from one treatment, for desired lasting effects it is recommended that you continue to receive treatments on a regular basis. To receive the full benefits and enjoyment from your spa and wellness experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you should arrive late your treatment time may be shortened. This is necessary to ensure that the integrity of the next client's appointment is maintained.

Health Concerns:
Your health and wellness mean everything to us. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any medical or health issues. To ensure a healthy environment we ask that you reschedule if you are ill with a cod or flu on the day of your appointment.

Spa Treatment Appointments and Cancellations:
A Spa Package booking must be reserved by a credit card or gift certificate number. All gift certificates must be presented at the time of your service. If you have forgotten or misplaced the gift certificate, an alternate form of payment must be made at the rendering of your service. Your gift certificate will remain valid for a future visit. Treatment times and services you select are reserved especially for you. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel. Without proper notice a cancellation fee of up to 50 % will be charged.

We are a non smoking & fragrance free environment. As some of our clients have sensitivities to smoke & perfumes, we ask that you limit your use of cigarettes and fragrances before you enter the spa. We also ask that your cell phones and pagers be turned off before you enter the spa so you & others may enjoy the serenity and peaceful place that we have created.
